Our recipes are crafted for chefs and rooted in restaurants.  As the largest aggregator, processor, and distributor for Sustainable and Regenerative independent family farms on the West Coast, we ensure that at a minimum, all of our meats are vegetarian fed and raised without hormones or antibiotics. We source whole animals and butcher, grind, and smoke in small batches. We are proudly based in Oakland, CA.
